What This Page Is About
The Appearance page lets you customize the look and feel of your booking website.
Here you can edit your tagline, banners, button shapes, colors, checkout page, terminology, and cancellation text.
The right side shows website preview tools, your domain section, and the QR generator.
Remember:
If you change anything and do not click Save, your changes will not apply.
Save button is at the top right (desktop) or bottom right (mobile).
Left Section — Appearance Settings
This entire left side is your customization form.
A. Heading Text (Tagline)
This is the text that appears at the top section of your website.
Use it as your brand tagline or welcoming message.
Keep it short and clear.
Example:
“Experience the best services with us”
B. Upload or Manage Banners
Same functionality as the Media page
You can upload multiple banners
These banners appear at the top of your website
Opens in a modal
You can add, remove, or change banners anytime
C. Button Shape
Three button shape options are available:
Pill – fully rounded buttons
Rounded – medium round corners
Square – sharp corners
Your entire website's buttons will update instantly after saving.
D. Button Color Palette
Choose a color theme for all buttons on your website
This changes the main button color, including "Book", "Continue", "Check availability", etc.
Pick a color that matches your brand identity
E. Checkout Page URL
This is used on the desktop order page preview
When a customer places an order, the left side will show this checkout image.
F. Custom Terminology
You can change the default words used across your website.
The editable terms include:
Button Text (e.g., “Book” → “Reserve”)
Service
Staff
Price
Quantity
Customer
This helps you personalize the website according to your business type.
For example:
“Service” → “Package”
“Staff” → “Team Member”
“Customer” → “Client”
All these text changes will appear across your website interface.
G. Cancellation Text
This text appears on your calendar page and order page
Customers see this message before canceling a booking
Write a clear message so customers understand your policy
Example:
“You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the appointment.”
Right Section — Website Tools & Domain Area
The right part contains useful tools related to your website.
A. Your Website Domain
Shows your current booking page URL
You can copy the domain easily using the copy button
Helps when sharing your booking link with customers
B. QR Code Generator
This QR code directly links to your booking website.
How it works:
If it's your first time, the QR code will not be generated yet
Click Generate QR to create it
Once generated, it will show instantly
Options available:
Generate – creates QR for the first time
Re-generate – use this if your domain changes
Download – saves the QR as a PNG file to your device
You can print or share the QR with customers so they can scan and visit your website instantly.
Save Your Changes
This page works like a form.
If you do not click Save → nothing will be updated.
Desktop: Save button on top right
Mobile: Save button on bottom right
Always save before leaving this page.
Tips & Best Practices
Use a short, meaningful tagline for your website header
Choose banner images that match your brand style
Select button shapes and colors that are readable and clean
Keep terminology consistent with your industry (e.g., “Clients” instead of “Customers” for salons)
Write clear cancellation text to avoid customer confusion
Always regenerate QR if your domain changes
Test your website appearance after saving to ensure everything looks correct

Q. Will my changes apply instantly on my website?
Yes, but only after you click Save.

Click Re-generate QR to update your QR code with the new domain.
Q. Do banners have a size limit?
Banner rules are the same as the Media page. Multiple images are supported.

Yes, all fields are optional — only change what you need.
