Resources
Book rooms and equipment
without double bookings
Add your rooms and equipment, link them to services, and set their hours. Customers see a time only while one is free.
No credit card needed.
Add resources like
rooms and equipment
A resource is a room, chair, table, piece of equipment, or vehicle that a booking uses.
01
Name each resource
Each resource has a name and a type, like Room or Vehicle. You can add your own types.
02
Add identical items as one
3 identical massage tables are one resource with a count of 3. Studio 1 and Studio 2 are 2 resources.
03
Pick the services it works for
You pick the services that use it. A resource with no services picked works for every service.
Services
Link resources to
the services that use them
Each service lists the resources a booking takes and how many of each. A time stays open only while all of them are free.
Combine resources per booking
A massage takes 1 room per booking. A group class takes 1 mat for each person.
Share a resource
You can hold some for one service, or set the most it uses at once. The rest stay free for other services.
Hours
Set opening hours
for each resource
A resource follows your business hours, or keeps its own inside them. You can block a date when a room or vehicle is out of use. That time closes on your booking page.
Capacity
Limit how many bookings
share one time
A capacity plan works alongside your resource counts. You choose one of two plans, and each sets how many bookings fit at the same time.
A separate limit for each start time
One shared limit across a block of hours
A limit of 0 closes that time
What can I add as a resource?
You can add the rooms, chairs, tables, equipment, and vehicles your bookings use. You name each type yourself.
How do resources stop double bookings?
Each booking takes the resources its service uses. When none are free at a time, that time closes on your booking page.
Do I add one resource for each identical item?
No. Add one resource and set how many you have, like 3 massage tables. Add separate resources for things that differ, like Studio 1 and Studio 2.
Can a resource have its own hours?
Yes. A resource can keep its own hours inside your business hours. You can also block a date when it’s out of use.
Can two services share a resource?
Yes. You can hold some for one service, or set the most it uses at once. The rest stay free for other services.
What happens when I pause a resource?
It stops taking bookings and keeps its hours, services, and history. Activate it again when it’s back.
What’s the difference between a team member and a resource?
Team members are the people who do the work, each with their own login and access level. Resources are the rooms, chairs, and equipment a booking uses.
Can I see how busy each resource is?
Yes. The resource list shows how much of each resource’s time is booked, busiest first.
