Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which Motomate Tech LLP (referred to as "razorbooking," "we," "us," or "our") issues refunds. This policy applies to payments made for our Services, including monthly or annual subscriptions for Service Providers, and payments made by Clients for appointments booked through our platform.

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Refunds for Service Provider Subscriptions

A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel anytime to avoid future billing. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.

B. Annual Subscriptions

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new annual subscriptions.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

C. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error or billed twice, please contact us. We will verify the issue and process a full refund.

2. Refunds for Client Bookings

  • RazorBooking is a platform provider. Payments for appointments are processed on behalf of the Service Provider.

  • Each Service Provider sets their own cancellation and refund policy. Please review this before booking.

A. Client Cancellations

  • To request a refund, contact the Service Provider directly in accordance with their policy.

  • RazorBooking does not issue refunds on behalf of Service Providers.

B. Service Provider Cancellations

  • If a Service Provider cancels a prepaid appointment, they are responsible for issuing a refund promptly. RazorBooking may notify them but does not guarantee repayment.

C. Disputes

  • If you and the Service Provider cannot resolve a refund request, you may contact our support team at support@razorbooking.com.

  • While RazorBooking is not liable for Service Provider policies, we may assist in mediating disputes. Our decision in such cases will be final.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Change of mind or unused subscription time.

  • One-time setup, customization, or consulting fees.

  • Bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party transaction costs.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • For Subscription Refunds (Service Providers): Email billing@razorbooking.com with subject “Subscription Refund Request,” including account details, transaction ID, and reason.

  • For Appointment Refunds (Clients): Contact the Service Provider first. If unresolved, forward the details (appointment info, provider name, correspondence) to support@razorbooking.com.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
