At RazorBooking (operated by Motomate Tech LLP), we provide an online appointment scheduling and business management platform. As a digital service, we do not ship physical products. This policy explains how access and delivery of our Services work.

1. Service Delivery
Digital Access Only: RazorBooking is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are shipped.
Account Activation:
Once you create an account, you can access our free features immediately.
If you purchase a subscription, your paid features are activated instantly after successful payment.
Delivery Timeline: Access to premium features is typically granted within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to processing delays.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly and annual plans are delivered digitally and renew automatically unless canceled.
You can manage your plan and features through your RazorBooking dashboard.
3. Emails & Notifications
You will receive email confirmation of your subscription and payment.
All onboarding instructions, invoices, and service-related updates are delivered electronically.
4. Support & Assistance
If you face any issues accessing your subscription after payment, contact us at support@razorbooking.com.
Our support team will work to resolve delivery/access issues promptly.
5. No Physical Shipping
Since RazorBooking is a SaaS platform, we do not deliver, courier, or ship physical goods. Any references to “shipping” or “delivery” on third-party platforms (such as app stores or marketplaces) refer only to digital access.
