1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of RazorBooking constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Services

RazorBooking provides scheduling and business management tools for Service Providers and allows Clients to book appointments online. Services may include:

• Appointment scheduling and management.

• Client and booking management.

• Online payments (via third-party processors).

• Notifications, reminders, and business insights.

RazorBooking is a neutral platform. We do not endorse Service Providers and are not a party to agreements between Clients and Service Providers.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and current account information.

• Security: You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

• Prohibited Use: You may not use RazorBooking for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions (Service Providers): Fees are billed monthly or annually and subject to our Refund Policy.

• Client Payments: Processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). RazorBooking does not store full card details.

• Disputes: All booking-related payment disputes are between Clients and Service Providers. RazorBooking may assist in mediation but is not liable for refunds unless stated in our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities & Conduct

For Service Providers:

• Accuracy: You are responsible for accurate service details, pricing, and availability.

• Compliance: You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your services.

• Content: You are solely responsible for content you upload and must hold necessary rights to use it.

For Clients:

• Agreements: By booking, you agree to the Service Provider’s terms (including cancellation and refund policies).

• Cancellations: You are responsible for adhering to the Service Provider’s policies.

General Prohibitions (applies to all users):

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: RazorBooking, including its software, trademarks, and content, belongs to Motomate Tech LLP. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our intellectual property without consent.

• Your Content: By submitting content (e.g., business info, logos, descriptions), you grant RazorBooking a limited license to use it for operating and improving the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms,

• Misuse our Services, or

• Pose a risk to RazorBooking or other users.

You may close your account at any time through your settings.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of RazorBooking is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

10. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• We are not responsible for the quality or availability of services offered by Service Providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• RazorBooking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data, goodwill).

• Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid to RazorBooking in the past 6 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RazorBooking (Motomate Tech LLP) from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app message. Continued use of RazorBooking indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
